Why would most white people rather?????

Why would most white people rather go to another country(Iraq) and help there people rather then help black people in their own country.


Notice how I said most and not ALL.No Black people dont have oil in their country,but apparently most white people think we go around shooting people.yes there are some black people that go around shooting people but not all black people.Why not help the innocent black people in our country than help the innocnet iraqis in Iraq.Why not improve black neighborhoods and take away the weapons and drugs the government put in our neighborhoods than take away the weapons our government sold to iraq.Before you say black people put the guns and the drugs in their own neighborhood think about do you really think the government would give black people power to put drugs and guns in their neigborhood.you don't think the government has any access to what comes in and out of our country.

i guess part of it has to do with the fact that every time we turn around you are shoving your culture down our throats. and from personal experience i get tired of all the poor me syndrome and i hear that a LOT. it gets very old and i have no sympathy anymore for that.. blacks have a tendency to look for OTHER people to fix their problems instead of turning the finger on themselves and taking responsibility for their OWN actions.. while many break out of the vicitm mentality. many choose to wallow in it and i am sooo tired of it all. so i help out the ones who are NOT whiners. just my opinion.. plus you have people like Jesse "race Whore" jackson. who does nothing BUT keep racism alive and use his shake down techniques on corporate america. what a leader he is.
Reply:AS A MATTER OF FACT my husband went to iraq not due to his choice but because he had to so before you start to pretend to what you are talking about think. bush is he one to blame not the military they don't get to choice.

Reply:Whites, Asians, and Middle Eastern people tend to be very independent. Our governments are set up to support an independent lifestyle. Money is very important in our culture, and for the most part very simple to make. People who have a hard time making money (white, black or purple) are often discarded. Because, if you can't even make money for yourself, what are you gonna do for me? Black people feel a group is stronger. They tend to be more family oriented. Which is great, but not in a system set up for individuals.





The bottom line is, you're on your own. Why would someone hand you money when it's falling from the sky all around you? We are trying to help people in countries that have no chance.





By the way, you sound like a spoiled greedy little valley girl when you get mad at the masses for not giving you what they earned.

It's from a historical movement called White Flight. In 20-50's White people started moving out of their wealthy neighborhoods when the blacks moved in. They didn't have much money and the neighborhoods started deteriorating a bit. During prohibition in the 20's the deteriorating neighborhoods became a hot-spot for drug and alcohol trafficking. So therefore no, the government did NOT directly put the guns and drugs in the neighborhoods. However, I will agree they might have indirectly done so. Prohibition (started by the gov.) is what caused organized crime and thus put these bad things in the neighborhoods.
Reply:Why should we limit ourselves? We are not going to other countries and picking a random race and helping just them. We are going help everyone we can. Just to let you know that there are other races that are having financial troubles. There are a lot of successful black people in this country so it is obviously not impossible to do so. Also what exactly are you wanting us to save you from, because I know what we are saving the Iraq's from, explosions, terrorists, gun man, etc. Are there explosions, terrorists and random gunmen that only target black people? No, I am not racist, far from it. I just don't care for people who do not want to do for themselves.

Reply:Orginally, Americans were fighting the war to make America safer for ALL Americans. Nowadays, many Americans wonder what we are still doing in Iraq...a lot of Americans (no matter the race) are against the war.
Reply:blacks must help themselves to the opportunities available to them in america, especially in light of current affirmative action laws. quit looking for a handout.
Reply:i agree that americans should be helping americans first, but i think you miss the point when you make it a black/white thing. i have always felt it was a rich/poor thing. where i live in the south the same things about drugs and guns could be said about trailer parks full of white racist meth addicts. is everyone in a trailer park or ghetto a skank? no, but they do all have one thing in common - they're poor.





i don't think it's a case of governments bringing the stuff in. i just think that until we show them their is a profit to be made from saving these neighborhoods, they are not going to care about stopping it.
Reply:The government is responsible for creating the ghettos that black people live in. They are also responsible for the distribution of drugs and guns in the past so that black people can kill each other and make them look like animals. They are also responsible for putting a liquor store on every corner as well. Black people need to realize this and come up with a solution collectively so that they can transform their neighborhoods. As for Iraq, the government could care less about the people there as long as they are making a profit from their resources.
