People is worth of living...?

This goes to everybody out here. I think people is not being fair with anything. I wanted to know why know cares to offer jobs to people who has no previous experience in certain fields. How can we gain "work experience" if the 'employers' of the company keeps telling us only work experienced people can enter the job? This is such a stupid world. If you people give us a try we can gain the experience you need. How can we help this problem? We need to strike this country for not being fair with people. This whole life is stupid...no one is being nice to offer anything...anyone has answer for this problem? can we all turn to goverment to give people who are suffering without work experience to gain work or to people who are not finding job because of the employers? We need to know the answer out here...people are all being stupid with one another, SO SELFISH. NO PEACE in this WORLD, I don't know why god created such world like this.

Welcome to the world, Son. It's been that way since before you or I came into it. Employers don't want to spend the time or money(keyword) on training. They'd rather get someone trained already by another company. Sometime, if you can get into the interview room, you can impress the person there with your intelligence. if you're trying to get a job in America, better brush up on those English skills, or you'll end up at 7-11 getting sneered at by those who shop there. God didn't create this crappy system, man did. Don't give up, keep trying the American Dream is for all who live here not just for the Mayflower bloods.

Reply:it could have something to do with you inability to speak proper English too also when someone says you need experience it's for a reason do you want hospitals to hire people who have no health care training? or a policeman that knows nothing about the law? or a bomb squad technician that has no experience?

Reply:I agree. One organization that helps anyone get work experience whether you are just out of college or just out of jail, is ACORN. Its true that if you dont have contacts you wont be able to get a job to get the work experience. There is more to this but I think you understand how it is.
