People having babies? People that aren't?

Why is it that everytime I log into yahoo answers and go to the pregnancy section, someone is asking why people are having babies? Or someone is asking about abortions? I have a two year old son, step-daughter and i'm pregnant 7 months with a baby girl. I like many other parents on here have children and love them. I don't understand why people would ask such a stupid question about people choosing to have children or mocking those that do and saying "people have more kids than they can take care of". Someone needs to remind them that they didn't appear out of thin air, someone gave birth to them. They make it seem as though having children creates a problem for them. Especially those that tell young girls that think they may be pregnant something stupid like " she's gonna be a welfare mom" Most parents work and they pay taxes too!! I don't have enough space to rant about people talking about abortions so i'll just say this. Have respect for the people that value a baby's life.

i totally agree. i have seen so many people on here that are asking should they get an abortion and if it was possible i would reach thru the computer screen and smack them for asking such a stupid question. if you were responsible and adult enough to lay down in that bed and have sex then u should be responsible enough to ave the baby and raise it or give it to a family that would love and adore the child. the only reason that i would ever get an abortion is if it was a danger to my lie to be pregnant and i still cant say that i would do it because who am i to say that this baby can not have a chance at life when i have? i have 2 wonderful little boys and i can not imagine life without them. i got pregnant at 17 and the thought of abortion never even crossed my mind. my oldest angel actually saved my life so after that truly believe that everything happens for a reason, even pregnancy because Good will never give us more than e an handle in life even if it feels that way sometimes. to the person below me that says that there is very little cance of something going wrong when you have an abortion you need to do a little more research, i know 2 people personally that have had abortions that now can not have kids. and there are many more that have problems due to abortions.
Reply:I Agree Agree Agree!!!! 100000 % Its completely crazy to me how people use abortion as bc and get on here and broadcast it like its okay. I started out as a single mom and im fine now. Got the man of my dreams and a house. It can be done if your responsible i think people forget what the means when it comes down to cutting time out of there lives to deal with something they did.
Reply:While I can understand that your feelings may be hurt by people that say such things, you need to understand that not everyone shares your views. Those views and opinions were not just made up. There are MANY parents who have more children then they can handle and MANY parents who milk the welfare system. As for abortion, just because you are against abortion, doesn't mean you have the right to deny someone else one or to chastise them for not having a problem with someone getting one. My main point is that while these people may be annoying to you, you need to realize that people who share your opinions may be annoying to the rest of us. Don't be so close-minded.





P.S. To the person who posted having abortions are "bad for your body", you are just ignorant. Any physican will tell you that it is a safe procedure with very little chance of going wrong. The fact that you actually believe that garbage makes me worry about the future of America.
Reply:I toatally agree. Except (unless I was under 18 when it happened), if I did, god forbid, get raped and pregant, I would NOT get an abortion. Abortions are horrible, and really bad for your body. But if it were a medical issue, perhaps if it was that I would die if I didn't get an abortion, I, of course, would.
Reply:Wow....I couldnt have put it better myself! I totally agree, it makes you feel like people want to rip your hair out becasue you have kids. When in all actualiaty I could NOT imagine my life without my kids. It just wouldnt be a life. And we struggle hard to provide for our kids, not that we have a hard time but we want to give them everything imaginable. What is wrong with that? Not one thing. Reply:I just want to say Thank You for posting this. Some will never know what it's like to want so badly to have a child and the tests always come back negative until they've walked in those shoes. Children are the most precious gift that some are not lucky enough to have and others who have a hard time for a long time receiving. Thanks again!
Reply:Well, this is more of a reply than an answer. I do not agree with abortions. I believe that a person should have to have medical evidence of a problem, or have a kit done to prove they were violated/molested. Otherwise, they should not be able to have an abortion. It was their mistake/choice, getting pregnant. And I also agree that people should have respect for mothers witha lot of children, it's not their life, so why should they care, unless the child is abused or neglected, it's none of their business.
