Stupid People?

A poem written for stupid people,


Who believe that love will save the day.


Stupid things can happen to anybody,


Who are willing to give their heart away.





So give a cheer for stupid people,


Of all the stupid things they have done.


There is nothing wrong with stupid people,


I should know because I am one of them.





So drink a toast to stupid people,


Ones that love have made not right.


Don’t make too much fun of stupid people,


Cause' we make the rest of you look so bright.





I know lots of stupid people,


Most of them don’t start out this way.


They fell in love, and got their hearts broken,


And that can be the price you pay.





If you know any stupid people,


And you think they have been stupid for too long.


They are only stupid till they find love,


Then you will never know that they were wrong.





You might think I’m being mean to stupid people,


Calling names or poking fun of them.


For they have been stupid in the name of love,


And stupid people makes me one of them.

Wow, very touching and definitely not a common topic!! This is a great poem, and, as you can see, people really like it!
