Quotes people will acctually listen to?

i got this job at my school during the morning announcements to do quotes of the day i cant fin anything good most of the ones i fin are from people I've never heard of so people at my school never heard of . if they are from people i have heard of they are people who have been dead along time like presidents and writers and Einstein people wont like any of the quotes i find about them are all boring things nobody wants to listen to . anything funny doesn't say who said it. and they have to be quotes to appease a large audience somethings only a certain group of people will like . i mean what can i say that the people who set the opinions of everyone else like you know the ones who make it loud and clear what they think won't say anything about . i personally don't like the idea of doing this we did it in elementary i and everyone else thought it was stupid. maybe it would be possible to make it funny. that would make people listen and laugh for the right reasons
