Skinny people discriminated against?

Oka I hear people always saying fat people are discriminated against but I ALWAYS see the exact opposite. A lot of fat people always assume skinny people are evil before they get to know them. Some skinny people are automatically named anorexic, bulimic, etc. Skinny people are made fun of for not having "junk in the trunk". Skinny people have a way harder time finding clothes. Whever I see a shirt I love 85% of the time they won't have any smalls only extra larger and stuff. Overweight people are allowed to have their own specific shows like monique's fat chance. If skinny people had that it would be labeled as discrimination toward fat people. There is also a book out called 'Skinny cooks can't be trusted.' WTH!!!! If somebody made a book called fat cooks can't be trusted they'd get in so much trouble! Has anybody else noticed this?

I've noticed people think they bully me because I am small. And clothes shopping sucks, its so hard to find something that fits. I've gotten a lot of hate off the bat from people for being skinny. I think no matter what your body type, someone's going to have a problem with it.

Reply:I agree that it's wrong when people automatically label someone "anorexic" because they are thin, but other than that I disagree with everything you just said. As for the clothes, I would like to know where you shop because I have the hardest time finding extra large because they get snatched up first. All I find is small and medium. Besides, these fat people you talk about would most likely be shopping in the plus size department if your favorite store even has one. I'm sure you won't find a shirt you love there.They get a very small selection of UGLY clothes or clothes made for much older people and it's usually on 1 or 2 racks at the back of the store while the skinny people have the whole rest of the store to shop in.Also, I'm sure the overweight girls in your school buy the same length skirts as the rest of you , only if they are big the fabric will cling to the curves more and maybe get bunched up in the creases and ride up instead of it just hanging off of them like it would on someone skinny. Why would you be angry about Monique's show? Most of the people on tv are thin. If I'm not mistaken ,,"America's next top model " is a thin people show . Think about the few tv shows that portray fat characters. They are either lazy and stupid, a bully, or if they are well liked it's because they constantly are making fun of themselves. Think about all the "yo mamma" jokes, stand up comics, comedy movies ( remember the Clumps? Norbit? Big Momma's House?)and tell me fat people don't get made fun of.Fat people have been made fun of for years.At least no one is immune now! Lighten up and take what life gives you.. Everyone has advantages and disadvantages. Appreciate what you have and be happy.
Reply:I have always noticed all the clothes in small and medium and not extra large I need because I have a large chest. Stores like Forever 21 don't even carry extra larges and the larges are really a medium. Skinny people can wear anything and even looks like hoes and get away with it because they are skinny. I don't know what the heck you are talking about.
Reply:hi will i have some fat people i in my class and some wear stuff you should not wear and they do that anyways but i do not say nothin b/c i will probably get in truble to but i did waer something that i can not wear and i got in truble.every body says that they are special and i know they are but some are not.

ALLOWED? What's wrong with you? It's not like 'skinny people' as you say aren't allowed to have their own show. Get over it, it's discrimination, and it happens everywhere to everyone, fat-skinny, black-white, short-tall etc.





What you should be trying to figure out, is how to end it.
