Why are people for national war but are against similar motive civil wars?

what are some of the reasons people have war. To conquer for land, money and other goods. They also have war to protect the native people of a particulary area from people of another area. In general, people have war for power.

With civil wars like the ones we hereis n about on the streets their are the same motives but looked as always negative never positive. People on the streets have war for the same following reasons:

"To conquer for land, money and other goods. They also have war to protect the native people of a particulary area from people of another area. In general, people have war for power."

Why is it that natinal war is okay but gang violence is not?

In my opinion, they are all wrong because they result in killing people and they are generally based on stealing peoples property from another. Although it seems like a natural instinct on both parts, if the war on the streets isn't okay this why is national war okay?

Why are people for national war but are against similar motive civil wars?
The cause for a country either defending itself against an aggressor or attacking if need be can be justified. For example, there had to be retaliation when Japan attacked Pearl Harbor killing U.S. soldiers. Hitler's aggression and genocide had to be stopped.

A country doesn't need internal gangs selling drugs, supporting crime, collaterally killing innocent people while warring amongst themselves. These gangs break laws and most are criminals. They're a negative for civilized society and if allowed to operate unchecked will weaken a country.
Reply:My personal take is that females should be the leaders of every nation that exists on our planet. Females have the understanding that aggression is not productive. What really works is for the nations to work together to make the world a better place for all.
