Do people actually like people who are very outgoing, fun to be with & inquires abt you a lot ?

i mean,i'm a person who's exactly like that.when i meet someone new,i always want to know a lot abt them,because i like people a lot.each person is unique.i ask people questions abt them a lot in a friendly manner(not abt there private life,just abt them in general).but i'm not sure whether they actually like that or find it harrassing.sometimes people don't ask me questions like that back %26amp; i get the feeling that they may not be as interested in me as i am interested in them,so with those people i keep it on a low level.





am i being too inquisitive?too friendly that people get put off?do people really like other people who inquires abt them a lot?am i just being annoying?
